Global vs. My Network Search
Global searching has to do with what kind of data Social Report is able to search on your behalf.
We'll use an example from Twitter.com
Let's head to their website and search for the keyword Social Media.
The result is a list of tweets that contain the keyword we're searching for.
This is a Global Search.
Not all networks allow you to perform a search to return a list of posts from that network containing your search terms.
My Network Search
If we cannot perform a Global Search, we will instead search the posts you've created and the comments your audience have left on your own posts.
As an example, Facebook will provide us with a list of posts containing that keyword if I created the post or if my owned Page or Group that contains it:
