In order to continue helping our Social Network partners in their fight against spam and duplicate content, we have implemented a few updates that change how Publishing works:

Affects Twitter Publishing:

  • Posts can only be published to 1 Twitter profile at the same time
  • The same message cannot be scheduled to more than 1 Twitter profile within a 24hr period

Affects Publishing to all other networks:

  • Posts can not be scheduled to more than 50 social profiles at the same time

Here is an example of duplicate content that will no longer be supported:

  1. User tries to publish "Hello World" to Twitter Profile A - This is okay and will publish successfully.
  2. A few hours later, the same user tries to publish "Hello World" to Twitter Profile B - This is not okay and the new post will fail to publish.
  3. Another user with access to the same Project tries to publish "Hello World" to Twitter Profile C. - This is not okay and the new post will fail to publish.

This is only valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours "Hello World" can be published on Twitter again.
